Refund policy
At Morrowind, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a delightful shopping experience for our customers.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Customers may return products only with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Morrowind. Please contact us at support@morrowind.shop before sending back a return package. Returns without a Morrowind RMA number will be refused upon receipt.
To request a RMA number, please provide:
- Your order number and a detailed description of the issue, including high-resolution photos showing any defects.
- For disputes over product specifications, a third-party inspection report is required.
- For ESD-sensitive components, a video showing the anti-static packaging condition is required.
Eligible for Return
- Product quality issue – If there is a confirmed defect and the original invoice number is provided, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
- Wrong item received – If we shipped the wrong product, you may choose a full refund or a replacement. The product must remain unopened.
- Customer ordering error – If the wrong item was ordered by mistake and the product is in its original, unopened packaging and in resellable condition, we will accept the return. In this case, the customer is responsible for all return-related costs, including a 5% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been opened, used, or cannot be resold.
- Integrated circuits (ICs) that have been soldered or programmed, opened sensitive components, or custom-made products.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of quotation or sale.
Required Information for RMA Application
Unless the return is due to a product quality issue, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
How to Request a Return
You can initiate a return in two ways:
Option 1 – Through Your Account
- Log into your account.
- Navigate to Orders.
- Select the order to return and click “Request Return”.
- Choose the item(s) and specify the reason for return.
- Submit your request.
- Once approved and an RMA number is issued, ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping service and notify us after shipment.
Option 2 – Contact Us Directly
Email us at support@morrowind.shop and provide the required RMA information.
Morrowind reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of returned items. Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
For international refunds, exchange rate fluctuations may result in minor differences in the refund amount. Bank or payment platform processing times are not included in the 7 business days.
In exceptional cases, the refund policy may differ. Any such exceptions will be communicated in advance at the time of order confirmation, along with detailed instructions.
Important Notes
- All returns must be shipped with a trackable method; we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned product passes inspection.
Order Cancellation
Standard Orders – To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@morrowind.shop. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
If cancellation is requested after 3 days, a cancellation fee of up to 10% may apply.
Custom Orders – Custom products are non-cancelable. For details, please contact our customer service team.
